  6. Job Description:
  7. Individual will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance
  8. of all Novell networks and administrative P.C.'s within a specified region. 
  9. This includes acting as a network manager for the New York City Office as
  10. well as assisting satellite cities with their networks and/or application
  11. programs.  The regional manager will also maintain software and PC hardware
  12. inventories as well as coordinate all software and PC hardware purchases for
  13. their region.  Some traveling will be required.

  15. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  16. An Associates Degree in PC Networking or equivalent training and / or experience
  17. is required, an CNA certificate is preferred.  Detailed knowledge of the
  18. following software programs and networking technologies is also required:
  19.  
  20.     Software / Operating Systems
  21.     Novell Netware 286 2.x / Netware 386 3.x and above
  22.     MS - DOS
  23.     MS - Windows version 3.1
  24.     MS - Word for Windows
  25.     MS - Excel for Windows
  26.     Lotus 1-2-3 for DOS
  27.     WordPerfect 5.1 for DOS
  28.     Wordstar for DOS
  29.     
  30.     Hardware / Networking technologies
  31.     Ethernet 802.3
  32.     PC component level maintenance & repair
  33.
